• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles allowed with provided passes. No golf carts, trailers, RVs, or watercraft permitted.
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking inside or on the balcony. No student groups or guests under 25. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect.

Note: The building exterior is currently undergoing painting and minor repairs to neighboring units, which may cause some noise beyond the host's control. Whether you are here for the shopping or the surf, Shelly Sands provides everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.
