1. Shared parking under awning and free street parking. Or park on the side of the house, please be courteous of other guests. Watch for designated parking for your unit.
2. No camping on the property. Please follow all county fire restrictions.
3. No open wood burning pits, bonfires, or campfires are permitted. If a red flag day is in effect all sources of outdoor open flame are prohibited.
4. Guests are prohibited from subletting a short term rental.
5. No person shall use, discharge or possess any fireworks.
6. Any violations of HOA, city, or county rules resulting in an assessment will be charged the full assessment fee + $100.
7. Any day visitors need to leave prior to 9pm. Maximum daytime occupancy is 18.
8. No early check in or late check out is allowed. Violations will result in a $150 fine for every hour past check out time.
