Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. All guests must contact the front desk representative upon arrival to sign in and provide a valid driver's license or state identification. A signed agreement covering house rules is required for all bookings. Please note that on-site parking is not provided; however, recommended paid garages such as Go Park and Premium Parking are located less than a block away.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
