The spacious layout spans over 4,400 sq. ft., providing ample room for everyone. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed; the master suite on the main level features a king-sized bed, while another king-sized bed is located on the lower level. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, two beds (one king and one queen) are conveniently located on the main level. To ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone, the home is equipped with 4 noise machines.

Entertainment and leisure are central to this lakeside experience. The property boasts living areas on both the main and lower levels, including a screened-in porch off the main level where you can enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake. For those seeking excitement, the lower level features a Pong Arcade with multiple arcade games, mini-ping pong, billiards, and foosball. Outdoors, you can relax by the fire pit or take advantage of the direct lake access. The property includes a dock and 4 complimentary kayaks and 2 paddleboards for exploration. Please note that the dock has seasonal water, meaning water will not be at the dock from November through mid-April; however, guests can still enjoy the fixed dock and walk to the water's edge to use the kayaks. While the owner keeps a boat in the slip, guests are welcome to tie their own boat to the side of the dock.
