House Rules - Please Read Carefully

1. Violation of the House Rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation through Air BNB and eviction from the property. All charges of the full-reservation to include the cleaning fees, damages and fines will be assessed and collected. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.

2. DO NOT pour any grease or other very hot liquids into the sink drains (hot water is fine). The components inside the drains and disposal are plastic and will melt. Damage & repair fees will be charged if this happens.

3. Please do not open the living room windows. No barbecues, grills, fryers or smokers on balcony. No outside/outdoor shoes will be worn inside condominium. No loud music or DJ's

4. Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence. We apologize but we do accept reservations from the local Metro/New Orleans area.

5. Guests can cancel a reservation within the guidelines of Air BNB’s strict cancellation policy. See website for details.

6. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. If an early check-in is desired, please message us to inquire if it's available. If the unit is ready and we can accommodate your request, there will be an additional charge for checking in early.

7. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.

8. We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine and cancellation of the reservation (see Rule # 1).

If you or anyone in your group, smokes or vapes any type of substance, please do not book a reservation in this space, it will avoid any issues.

9. We do not allow pets.

10. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

11. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

12. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

13. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, you are required to let us know immediately.

14. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

17. The Elevator is a luxury amenity for building guests to use. At no time, should the elevator be misused by holding the door open with a hand, luggage or any other item. The emergency exit in the elevator should only be used for a real emergency. Any misuse of the elevator which results in a system malfunction/shutdown and requires a service call, will be charged to the responsible guest party.

18. We do not provide laundry detergent or supplies for the washer/dryer.

19. When you make a reservation at this property, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules and terms.

20. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee.  This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.

21. There will be a $50 charge for any lost or unreturned keychains for the key fobs.

22. Outdoor furniture is not permitted to be brought inside of the building or anywhere else on the apartment premises.
