The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen bed, accommodating up to two guests. The unit is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Please note that as there are multiple CozySuites units in the building, each is unique, and the specific decor and layout may vary slightly from the photos.

While the building provides an array of high-end facilities, please note that general amenities are provided based on available building access. Guests can enjoy:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; a $75 per hour late fee applies. A valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required for all bookings, and the primary guest must be at least 22 years old. The property is a strictly smoke-free environment; smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies and parking areas, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and fees starting at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and lost key fobs incur a $200 fee.

We are pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs (excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). Pets must be leashed outside, and an additional pet fee of $100-300 is collected based on the stay length. Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as the home is monitored by decibel sensors. No parties, weapons, or drugs are permitted. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement and may be required to pass a background check to comply with HOA rules.
