This condo features one bedroom and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The layout includes a private master suite with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and an en suite bathroom for added convenience. For additional guests, the living area provides a cozy sleeper sofa. The interior is characterized by an open-concept living and dining space accented with shades of sorbet, featuring cushy side chairs and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. A fully-appointed kitchen with an abundance of counter space makes meal preparation easy, and you can enjoy your dining experience at the four-person table or on the balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

As part of the SunDestin Beach Resort, guests have access to a wide array of property features. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room, or get a workout in at the fitness facility. The resort also offers a gift shop in the lobby for snacks and beach attire, complimentary DVD rentals, and over 3,000 square feet of meeting room space. A warm and friendly Scenic Stays team is available via the 24-hour on-site front desk to assist with any needs.

Located in the heart of Destin, this resort is surrounded by miles of pristine coastline and waterways, perfect for days spent snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

Important Resort Note: Some amenities are currently under construction as part of an enhancement project, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. The splash pad is currently inoperable. Guests may access the beach via the ADA-accessible pathway. A temporary detour is in place for lobby access as the project enters its final stages.
