In the living area, guests can settle in on a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. The home's open-concept floor plan seamlessly integrates the dining area—which includes seating for four—and the living room, where you can relax with a large flat-screen TV. A fully appointed kitchen provides everything needed to prepare a relaxing family dinner after a day spent in the sun.

While the condo itself is a haven of peace, the SunDestin Beach Resort offers a wealth of features to enhance your stay. Guests can enjoy the lobby gift shop and complimentary DVD rentals. The resort is also equipped with a fitness facility and over 3,000 square feet of meeting space for professional or personal functions. For those looking to relax, the resort provides an outdoor tiki bar and access to beach chair and umbrella rentals through the on-site vendor, La Dolce Vita (available for a fee).

Centrally located in Destin, the resort is within a ten-minute drive of an abundance of water sports, outdoor activities, and a wide array of dining options.

Guest Notice: SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing an enhancement project to elevate the guest experience. Certain amenities, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa, may be under construction. Additionally, the splash pad is currently inoperable. The fitness center remains open, and beach access is available via the ADA-accessible pathway around the building. A temporary detour is in place for lobby access. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize these improvements to provide a beautifully refreshed coastal experience.
