This inviting condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a soothing color palette and an open-concept space that is both calming and welcoming. The layout includes a master bedroom with a king bed, an en suite bath, and a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. The cozy living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa and its own flat-screen TV. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully appointed kitchen offers an abundance of counter and cabinet space, providing plenty of room for meal and snack preparation. To complete the experience, step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late-night snacks while overlooking the emerald waters.

Located in a central hub, you are in the middle of everything. The property is just eight miles from FWB airport, five minutes from Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, and ten minutes from the Destin Harborwalk.

Guest convenience is a priority with a 24-hour on-site front desk and a concierge happy to assist with any inquiries. Guests can visit the lobby gift shop for snacks and beach supplies or enjoy the outdoor tiki bar. While the fitness center remains open, please be aware that as part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa remain under construction. The splash pad is currently not operable. Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building, though a temporary detour is in place for lobby access.
