For families with children, the space can potentially sleep up to 10 if kids share the full-size beds. Guests should note that two of the bedrooms are located in the open loft area, providing a unique sleeping arrangement.

Set on a serene wooded acre, the property offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the views from the front porch or the screened back porch. Outside, you can gather around the fire pit for s'mores or utilize the gas grill located on the side of the home. Inside, the cabin is fully furnished and includes entertainment options like board games and a retro game system for those cooler nights. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom.

Located just minutes from the entrance of Patoka Lake and the renowned Patoka Winery, this cabin serves as an ideal base for adventure. The surrounding area is rich with hiking trails and golf courses. You are within a 20-minute drive of the historic French Lick hotels and close to the French Lick Resort and Casino, Big Splash Waterpark, Paoli Peaks, and Holiday World.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets are allowed; however, guests should ensure pets are treated before exploring the wooded area.
• Parking: The gravel drive is somewhat steep and accommodates up to 3 cars. Please contact the host for boat parking options.
• Lake Access: A FREE lake pass is provided in the guestbook; a $75.00 replacement fee applies if it is not returned.
• Note: There is no dishwasher on site. Due to the wooded location, insect repellent is recommended as woodland creatures and bugs may be present.
