Welcome to our cozy Birmingham home away from home, a peaceful retreat tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to I-59 and the Trussville area. Perfect for families, groups, business travelers, and weekend getaways, this inviting residence offers a relaxing place to unwind while keeping you connected to everything you need during your stay.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The layout features a bright, open floor plan with attractive laminate hardwood-style flooring. For sleeping arrangements, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, room-darkening shades, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom provides two twin beds and convenient access to a second full bathroom. To accommodate additional guests, the living room includes a full-size wall-mounted Murphy bed.

Our home is designed for both relaxation and productivity, featuring a dedicated workspace and a living area with comfortable seating and a 65" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, with seating for four at the dining table and two additional spots at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Step into the backyard to enjoy the outdoor seating, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather around the fire pit for a laid-back evening. Within the home, guests can enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer and a high-speed 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi connection.

Located in a safe and well-kept residential area, the home is ideally positioned for those visiting the Trussville Youth Sports Facility (15-minute drive), UAB St. Vincent’s East Hospital (10-minute drive), or downtown Birmingham. Turkey Creek Nature Preserve is also less than 6 miles away. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and various local dining options are just a short drive away, and Uber or Lyft services are readily available throughout the area.

• Parking: Free private driveway parking for up to two vehicles; additional street parking is available nearby.
• Pets: Not allowed. A $500 violation fee and $500 cleaning fee apply if pets are brought on site.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property (including vaping and cannabis). Violations result in a $500 remediation fee.
• Guests: No-party policy. Visitors must be disclosed in advance or a $500 fee per person will apply.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM.
• Note: Effective May 1, 2026, the garage will no longer be accessible to guests.
