Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard, and hot tub. Amenities include WiFi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Please note that normal check-in is at 4 PM, but early check-in as early as 1 PM is available for an additional $50 fee. The home is a duplex, but the two sides are completely separate and private. Street parking is available but not guaranteed, so be sure to follow all local parking laws.
