This cozy 2-bedroom bungalow is tucked away and surrounded by large maple trees and historic homes, making it a wonderful place to spend your vacation, festival home base, couples getaway, or holiday. Guests occupy a private wing of this farmhouse inspired home, which is just a short walk or drive down Adams Street to the heart of Downtown Franklin.

Designed to accommodate up to five guests, the layout features 2 bedrooms with 2 soft beds and 1 bathroom. The interior is newly renovated and includes a main living area with a large sofa, a dedicated work station, and a tiled shower. For your convenience, the space is equipped with closets and hangers. While the home features a fireplace, please note that it is not in working order.

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior host approval ($75 fee per pet). Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kenneled when unattended and kept off all furniture.
• Restrictions: No parties or gatherings of 5 or more people. This property does not host locals without prior management approval.
• Policies: No smoking inside ($500 fine). Fines apply for unregistered guests or pets ($500). Excessive trash may incur a minimum $150 fee.
• Additional: A rental agreement may be required. Please do not move or re-stage furniture.
