IMPORTANT

• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($150) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($20). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

✍️ Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.

✍️ Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).

• Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. We don't want to disturb the families nearby.✔️⏰

• All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.

• If you're local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.

• We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

• NO smoking on the premises. Violation fee: $750.

**SINK: Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

• Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

• Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

• We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn't possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There's a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.

• Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 10:20pm.

• Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

• Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

• Once you check out, please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees. If your stay is from December to February, turn off the A/C.

• Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
