The top floor consists of a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom featuring a daybed with a trundle (two twins), alongside a full hallway bath with a walk-in shower. The lower level provides a third bedroom with a queen bed and a convenient half bath.

Outdoor living is the heart of this property. Guests can unwind on the spacious screened porch with wooded lake views, enjoy a movie on the covered patio with swing chairs, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. For recreation, the property offers a Weber charcoal grill and cornhole. The lakefront experience includes a private swim-platform dock and a variety of water gear, including 3 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, a swim island, and fishing poles for adults and children. Please note that water levels fluctuate seasonally; the best swimming and kayaking typically occur from mid-March to mid-August.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room with books and board games, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an air fryer, crockpot, and ice cream maker.
