The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out: the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, and the third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a queen-size sofa sleeper.

Inside, you will find a blend of modern comfort and thoughtful details. The entire unit is finished with stylish vinyl plank flooring. The primary bathroom has been newly remodeled to create a sanctuary with a stand-alone soaking tub and a spa shower. The fully equipped kitchen is a true home away from home, featuring a dining table that seats eight and four additional barstools for casual meals. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located right inside the unit. Guests can step out onto the balcony from either the living room or the primary bedroom to take in the stunning vistas.

Located within the Marlin Key Condominiums, guests enjoy a low-density environment with private beach access, making it easy to spend your days on the sand.

Practical information for your stay includes a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out, facilitated by keyless entry for a seamless experience. Please note the following rules: the minimum age to rent is 25, and pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property; smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited except in designated areas around the grill and the front parking lot. Parking is limited to two cars per unit, with one reserved space and a second spot available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those booking soon, please be aware that guests arriving within 48 hours must provide a copy of their ID and credit card matching the reservation. Additionally, please note that Marlin Key has scheduled maintenance to repair posts and beams starting late September 2026 through February 28, 2027.
