The guest room offers a queen size bed and access to a guest bath with a shower/tub combo. For additional sleeping space, the living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy powder-white sands and a variety of local activities. From charter fishing and dolphin cruises to shopping at outlet malls and live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, there is something for everyone.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via a code-operated front door, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking property (including the balcony) and pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent; for groups of single adults, all guests must be 25+. Loud parties are not tolerated. All renters are required to complete a company rental agreement prior to arrival.

Important Notice: Balcony reconstruction is expected from September 2026 through February 2027 during normal working hours. The pool is expected to be closed approximately late October through late November 2026 and early January through early February 2027.
