A second guest bedroom is graced with a king bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed complete with a twin trundle. For your comfort, the living areas and master bedroom feature tile flooring, while the guest bedrooms are finished with plush carpeting.

Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar for quick morning bites. The home is designed for effortless beach living, featuring a durable metal roof with solar panels and a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside, guests can relax on the back deck overlooking the serene Santa Rosa Sound or utilize the carport, which includes a one-car garage, ample parking, and a refreshing outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun.

To enhance your stay, the property provides adult bikes, a paddle board, a kayak, and a wagon equipped with beach chairs, towels, and toys.
