Escape to the stunning shores of Florida at Summerwind 1202 W, a spacious twelfth-floor condo designed for the ultimate coastal getaway in Navarre. Perched high in the west building, this residence invites you to wake up to unforgettable Gulf views and immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere where every detail is curated for your comfort.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the layout is ideal for families or groups seeking room to spread out. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a second bedroom with two double beds, and a dedicated bunk room offering two twin beds. Please note that there is no sofa sleeper in the living room. To ensure a refreshing night's sleep, new mattresses were added in May 2026.

While general amenities are managed by the resort, guests can enjoy a wide array of shared features at Summerwind Condos, including:

Between March and October, your stay includes a Beach Chair Set to make your days on the sand effortless. Upon arrival, you will find resort wristbands and parking passes located in the kitchen; please remember to leave these behind upon departure for the next guest. To get you started, a welcome kit is provided containing dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, initial trash liners, and basic bathroom soaps and toilet paper. Guests are asked to replenish these supplies for longer stays.

Located in the heart of Navarre, this beachfront destination is perfectly positioned for exploration. While the area is best navigated by car, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available to take you to the Navarre Beach Pier, local shops, and restaurants. Nature lovers can explore the Gulf Island National Seashore, visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center at Navarre Beach Marine Park to meet Sweet Pea the turtle, or stroll the Navarre Beach Multiuse Path at Sound Side Park. For an extra thrill, the famous Blue Angels Air Show at Pensacola Beach is just a convenient 20-minute drive away.
