Check-in begins at 4:00 PM with easy self check-in, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the condo and on the balcony, pets are not allowed, and all guests must be at least 25 years old. Loud parties or gatherings are not permitted. Boat slips require pre-registration and additional fees apply. Monthly winter rates available for snowbird stays from December through February.
