To ensure a seamless stay, the unit includes an internal washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is ready for group meals with seating for six, complemented by three barstools for casual snacking.

Important Notice: SeaChase will undergo a modernization project on breezeways and elevators starting approximately August 10, 2026. This 18-month project may involve loud noise from jackhammering and concrete dust. Elevator replacement in East and West towers will result in only one operational elevator from October 2026 to March 2027. Center tower work begins around August 2027.
