This beautifully appointed waterfront townhome sits directly on a peaceful canal with a private dock, offering breathtaking sunset views and front-row access to the water for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply watching marine life swim by. Located just 0.3 miles from public beach access, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—a quick stroll to the Gulf's sugar-white sands or the serenity of waterfront canal living right at your back door.

The spacious open layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom hosts a luxurious king bed with a gorgeous en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a garden tub with glassed-in shower combination. The two guest rooms each feature bunk beds—one with a full over full configuration and another with twin over full. All bedrooms include individual smart flat-screen TVs for your convenience.

The inviting open-concept living room provides the perfect retreat after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating and great views of the canal. The fully equipped, updated kitchen supplies all your culinary essentials for preparing your favorite Gulf-to-Table fare. The dining area offers plenty of seating for both dining and board games. Step out to the main deck for additional outdoor seating and dining with your morning coffee or open-air meals.

Key amenities include waterfront access with a private dock perfect for fishing, beach access just steps away, a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill for cooking your fresh catch, air conditioning and heating, free parking on premises, dedicated workspace with WiFi and ethernet connection, washer and dryer, full kitchen with all appliances and cooking basics, and pet-friendly accommodations for up to two pets (40lb maximum, $120 fee applies).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via keypad.
