The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, a twin sleeper chair, and a flat screen TV. This level also includes a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry area, and access to a private balcony with a grill.

On the third level, the primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private entrance to the upper balcony. Its associated guest bath is beautifully tiled with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo with a handheld sprayer. The second guest room is versatile, featuring an XL twin size bed over a queen size bed, a twin fold up bed, and a flat screen TV.
