For security and compliance, guests must complete a verification process via Enso Connect and choose between a refundable $500 security deposit (with a $15 fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. Please note that a Ring doorbell camera monitors the entryway and a noise decibel monitor is installed to ensure a peaceful environment.
