Important guest information: This property is a duplex with a long-term resident on the other side. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-7am, and guests must be mindful of noise levels as sound carries through the shared stairway wall. Please park on the right side of the driveway only, as the garage is reserved for the tenant. The grass area across the street is private property - water views only, no access to the lawn or outdoor furniture. Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 guests including adults, children, and infants. RV parking is not permitted. Basic amenities include starter supplies of paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies, but guests should bring additional supplies as needed.
