The third guest bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, offering two twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed with an attached full bathroom. To ensure a modern feel, all bedroom carpeting has been replaced with luxury vinyl plank.

Snowbirds are welcome with low monthly winter rates from November through February; monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
