The two recently re-done bathrooms provide a walk-in shower in one and a tub in the other.

The heart of the home is the open-concept great room where a 55" TV is visible from every angle. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances with ample room for multiple chefs. Dining is a breeze at the custom hand-crafted table that seats eight, supplemented by a breakfast bar for three additional guests. A brand-new washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Buckeye experience. A large front deck serves as a great spot to congregate and watch pelicans soar by with your morning coffee. At the rear, a newly built deck runs the length of the house, offering the perfect vantage point for Navarre Beach's famous summer sunsets. For convenience after a day of swimming and shelling, there is a private outdoor hot/cold shower and a charcoal grill located under the house.

Located in a peaceful beach town known as “Florida’s Most Relaxing Place,” the property is steps away from the emerald waters and the island's multi-use path for biking, walking, or jogging. Guests can easily access rentals for kayaks, golf carts, and surfboards, or visit the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico located just 2 miles east.
