This is a smoke-free resort; smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common areas. Pets are not allowed, and loud parties are strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Please note that no grills (electric, gas, or charcoal) are permitted at the condo. A completed rental agreement is required for all bookings. Boat owners must submit documentation and pay fees 7 days prior to arrival to use boat slips.
