This spacious and well-appointed condo is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature three bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom containing two full beds. For additional flexibility, the large living area is furnished with brand new furniture and includes a pull-out queen bed. The home also features two bathrooms to comfortably serve your group.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring newly painted wood cabinets, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with its own balcony offering stunning views of the ocean. The main living area also opens onto a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze.

Guests have access to an array of premium resort features:

• Two large pools (an indoor pool and a brand new outdoor pool with water features)
• Three indoor hot tubs
• Large updated grill area and outdoor dining area
• Indoor basketball/racquetball court
• Fitness center
• Short boardwalk providing quick beach access

Located on the second floor, the unit is easily accessible via the stairwell located across from the door or the nearby elevators. Please note that while there is a tennis court on the property, it is currently non-operational.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Paid parking is located on site. Per HOA rules, 2 parking passes are allowed per unit and are purchased upon check-in for $60 each (price subject to change).
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 to rent.
• Pets: No pets allowed (HOA rule).
• Restrictions: Absolutely no smoking or vaping, no illegal activity, no parties, and no excessive noise between 9 PM and 8 AM.
