The master suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a queen bed and a private balcony with stunning gulf views, complemented by an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom is versatile and spacious, providing a full bed and two twin beds, along with an attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Inside, the living area is highlighted by elegant tile flooring and a flat-screen TV. While a fireplace is present for aesthetic charm, please note it is for show only and not operational. Glass sliders open the space to a beachfront balcony, allowing the ocean breeze to flow through. The light and bright open-concept kitchen flows into the living area, offering a dining table that seats six and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar top.

Starboard Village is an exclusive, low-rise beachfront complex consisting of only 33 units, situated right on the dune line. Guests have access to a community pool and sundeck centrally located near the gulf. Practical additions include a ground-level garage with two covered parking spaces. Please be aware that there is no elevator at this complex.

Located in a prime area, you are within walking distance of the famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant and just two miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you can visit the iconic Shell landmark for shopping and live music. Explore further via paved bike trails, the seasonal beach trolley, or the Pensacola Ferry System.
