The layout features two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed, and one fully renovated bathroom featuring a beautifully designed tile floor and a tub/tiled shower. For additional guests, the living area includes a bonus 84-inch sleeper futon couch, allowing the home to accommodate up to 5 guests.

The living space is curated to be conversational and inviting, complete with relaxing furniture, a variety of books, board games, and a large smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dining room table and four chairs, providing a cozy spot for meals. To keep you comfortable during the warmer months, the living room includes a window AC unit, and a door leads out to a fire escape platform.

Situated in a charming 9-unit apartment building, The Steele Magnolia is perfectly placed for exploration. You will find yourself directly across the street from Von Stiehl Winery and only a few minutes' walk from the scenic Crescent Beach.

• Laundry: While there are no in-unit hookups, a convenient laundromat is located right next door.
• Note: Being located by the water, occasional insects may be present despite regular spraying.
