The upper level consists of a Queen bedroom, a room with twin-over-full bunk beds, and a King bedroom that enjoys private access to the backyard and the upper-level full bath with a shower and tub. The lower level offers a fourth bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a fold-down sofa that converts into a King bed, accompanied by a full bath with a shower.

There are multiple spaces for entertaining, including a roomy living area and a large kitchen and dining area. For additional relaxation, guests can enjoy a large sunroom and a built-in desk area. The entertainment options are extensive, featuring a game room with a pool table and a quarter-operated arcade game. A versatile lower-level entertainment area includes a wet bar, gaming table, couches, and a separate rec area with cozy seating, a TV, and a mini-fridge.
