You can walk to the famous Peg Leg Pete’s or take a quick two-mile trip to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping, dining, and live music at The Shell. For history lovers, Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands National Seashore are nearby, while Downtown Pensacola offers the Palafox Pier Harbour marina and the chance to see the legendary Blue Angels.

Important Note: Beginning in May 2025, balcony and railing construction will occur between 8 am and 5 pm, which may result in noise and parking restrictions along the fence line. We also welcome Snowbirds with special monthly rates from November through February (subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee).
