Baywatch H3 is perfectly positioned on the sound side of Pensacola Beach toward Fort Pickens. The Gulf of Mexico is located just across the street, with beach access only a short stroll away. Guests can enjoy a walk to the famous Peg Leg Pete’s or take a quick trip to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, located just 2 miles away, for shopping, dining, and live music at The Shell. For history buffs, the 1800s landmarks of Fort Pickens and the charm of downtown Pensacola—featuring the Palafox Pier Harbour marina—are excellent nearby excursions. The area is also home to the renowned Blue Angels, with thrilling air shows typically held in July and November.

Please note: Beginning in May 2025, rental units will undergo balcony and railing construction; noise may be experienced between 8 am and 5 pm. Snowbirds are welcome with special monthly rates from November through February (subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee).
