Important Booking Requirements

A Rental/Lease Agreement will be provided prior to check-in. Guests are required to carefully read, acknowledge, and sign the agreement confirming that they fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated therein.

To help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, neighbors, and properties, all reservations are subject to identity verification and fraud prevention screening prior to check-in.

Please note: No third-party bookings are permitted. The primary guest who books the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

Certain reservations may require either: a non-refundable Damage Waiver/Application Fee ranging from $25–$50 depending on the property, or a refundable Security Deposit of $250.

Reservations that are unable to complete the verification process may be cancelled in accordance with platform policies. You may receive a Stripe or Hostaway payment link to complete the required verification or payment process.

For Airbnb reservations, guests who are uncomfortable using Stripe or Hostaway payment links may complete payment through the Airbnb Resolution Center when applicable.

By booking with AZG Day N Nite Stays, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements as part of your reservation.

✍️ Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.

✍️ Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).

• Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. We don't want to disturb the families nearby.✔️⏰

• All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.

• If you're local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.

• We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

**SINK: Kindly avoid putting solid waste in the sink to prevent clogs. Violation fee: $150.

• We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn't possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There's a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.

• Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

• Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 10:20pm.

• Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
