Welcome to Peaceful Meadows CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING There is plenty of parking available. ENTERING THE PROPERTY Lock is located on the front door.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking.
● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please put all trash in the trash barrel located on the porch ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know, and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever needed. ● Bath Towels: There are plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in a drawer in each bedroom. There are extra blankets in a bedroom closet upstairs.
● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen.

TV • No TV • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Checkout Rules Please put all towels and washcloths in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Please do not strip the beds. We will take care of that for you. Please make sure all dishes are clean. Please check and dispose of all garbage bags. Please put all garbage bags in the green trash can under the lean to.
