Practical Information & HOA Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking unit, including the balcony. The minimum rental age is 25. Guests must purchase parking passes on-site upon arrival at $50 each (credit or debit only), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per unit; trailers and RVs are prohibited. The HOA strictly enforces a maximum of eight guests. Please note that visitors are not permitted on the property during the summer season (May through Labor Day), and mail or packages cannot be sent to the unit.

Important Construction Notice: Exterior restoration is scheduled during winter months. Guests visiting in November and December should anticipate significant daytime noise from concrete repairs and jackhammering. Guests visiting in January and February may experience less intensive noise, though balconies may be temporarily unavailable for approximately one week at a time for deck coating and painting.
