The villa is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 13 guests, featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 6 bathrooms. The layout provides a balance of shared and private space, with one bedroom located downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs. Sleeping arrangements include two primary bedrooms each with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and two themed bedrooms—the Clouds room and the Minions room—each featuring one full bed and one twin bed.

Designed for larger groups, the interior includes two separate living areas, ensuring guests can spread out or gather easily. The main family room is set up for relaxed evenings with comfortable seating and a TV perfect for movie nights. The full kitchen is well suited for group meals, boasting stainless steel appliances and ample counter space that connects to spacious indoor dining areas.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a private pool and hot tub complemented by pool loungers and a patio area. • Damage Protection: Required for all stays. 1-night stays require a $500 refundable deposit. Stays of 2+ nights may choose between a $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100)
• Propane: Guests are responsible for providing/filling the propane tank for the grill
• Supplies: This is a self-catering home; initial starter supplies are provided but not refilled during the stay
