This impressive three-story estate home is designed for large groups and families, featuring 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The layout offers diverse sleeping arrangements, including the downstairs Blue Sanctuary with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a themed Star Wars room featuring two bunk twin beds that sleep four, alongside three additional bedrooms each equipped with a king bed. For added flexibility, a separate apartment or in-law suite is located above the garage.

Indoor living is centered around two large living areas, including an upstairs loft and a top-floor in-house movie theater for a quiet retreat. Friendly competition is easy in the game room, which comes complete with a pool table, ping pong table, and various games. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, serving both spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Balconies on multiple levels showcase views of water features and the Reunion Grande building. Guests can slow the pace in the private pool and on the outdoor patio with seating.
