This home is a self-service home, it has been stocked with several days worth of supplies to start you off, but you are expected to purchase your own beyond that.
SMOKING of any kind is not permitted on the property.
The community has quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Loud noises and events of any kind will not be tolerated.
Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. Glass is hard to clean out of a pool and it’s equipment!
Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to severe allergies. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home.
No unauthorized fires inside or outside the property.
Guest are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay to protect from situations such as included weather. Refunds will default to booking website policy.
There is no United States Postal Service delivery to this address. However, most larger items on Amazon will get delivered by Amazon truck or UPS. Smaller items ordered on Amazon could be USPS shipping, however when purchasing such items you can choose to ship to the Amazon locker nearby which is only minutes away and they will take USPS delivery.
- Before checkout
Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run/start it. Leave bed linens as they are; there is no need to strip the beds. If you've moved any furniture, kindly return it to its original position.
