Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with checkout at 11:00 AM. Early check-in accommodations available after 1:00 PM for direct bookings, subject to availability. HVAC systems are controlled by building management but maintain comfortable temperatures year-round. The community laundry requires the Wash mobile app with a $10 minimum reload, approximately $2 per load. Proper trash disposal in dumpster or chute is required, with cardboard broken down and never placed in chute. Long-term stays are welcome. A $200 refundable security deposit and ID verification are required, with refunds processed within 5-10 business days assuming no damage or rule violations.
