Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized across the second floor. The blue room offers a queen foam mattress with reading sconces and a 50" Smart TV. The green room also features a queen foam mattress, a settee, and its own 50" Smart TV. For children or larger groups, the third bedroom is a versatile space containing a twin bunk bed and a twin day bed, both with twin trundles underneath; these trundles can be combined to create a king-size bed. This room is specially stocked with books, toys, and activities for younger guests.

The interior is designed for relaxation and connection. The first floor boasts a large living room with conversational seating and a cozy window bench for reading classics. A modern take on an antique parlor provides a space for entertainment with a 65" LG Smart TV. For dining, the formal room comfortably seats 8-9 people, while the fully stocked kitchen features a large counter-height farm table for casual meals. Those traveling for business can utilize the antique secretary desk, which serves as a dedicated workspace equipped with essential office supplies.

Outdoor living is equally inviting, featuring a large front porch for neighborhood views and a backyard with a small patio, umbrella table, and a fire pit with starter wood. The basement adds extra value with a laundry room and a dedicated game area with shelves of board and card games.
