About Property

Experience a true island getaway at Boa Vista, a charming 3-bedroom beach retreat on Dauphin Island, Alabama. Meaning "Great View," this coastal cottage blends comfort and style just 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, the open-concept layout features light-filled rooms and beachy finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the cozy living area is perfect for movie nights, games, and relaxing conversation. The sleeping quarters include a primary bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks for up to 4 guests.

Step outside to the spacious back deck and you'll see why Boa Vista earned its name. Take in the salt air, dine alfresco, or simply lounge and enjoy the view. A private beach path leads directly from the deck stairs to the soft, white sand beaches in just a minute. Rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water when you return.

Other highlights include a washer/dryer, charcoal grill, smart TV, and a pet-friendly policy (up to 2 dogs with a fee). Whether you're seeking a family beach getaway, a romantic couples' escape, or a memory-making trip with friends, Boa Vista delivers a true island experience you won't soon forget.
