The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom containing a shower/bath combo. For the younger travelers, the third bedroom is a space-themed kids' room with 2 twin beds and a private entrance to a shared bathroom. This themed room is equipped with an Xbox One and dual monitors for endless entertainment.

The heart of the home is a spacious living room that opens via double sliding doors to an oversized terrace balcony, where a patio table and chairs seat four. For larger gatherings, the formal dining table accommodates eight. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain a pristine atmosphere, this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and a signed rental agreement is required. Please be aware that an Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee and a one-time departure cleaning fee apply. A maximum of 6 cars are permitted per address. Cancellations are free within 48 hours of booking; thereafter, penalties apply based on the proximity to the arrival date (20% up to 30 days prior, 50% less than 30 days, and 100% less than 15 days).
