For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior is highlighted by original cypress wood and a sparkling, well-equipped eat-in kitchen complete with a coffee station. For added comfort, the living room and both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The bathroom is a standout feature, offering a bidet and a large shower with double seats and a wand, alongside a single spa tub with a heated backrest for ultimate relaxation.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here. Step outside to find a private garden with its own grill and fire pit, a screened-in gazebo, and a private hot tub. For those seeking elevated views, the property's rooftop deck is available for all guests to enjoy lounge chairs, grills, and a real wood-burning fireplace.

Located within the Chain O'Lakes region of northeast Illinois, the property offers a community feel with a private beach accessible via an outdoor set of stairs. Guests have first-come, first-served access to kayaks, paddle boards, and beach toys. The pier system includes a unique Bar Dock for drinks and plenty of space for fishing. While the beach is just steps away, the area is also a gateway to winter fun, with Wilmot Mountain for skiing and snowboarding located approximately 20 minutes away.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Because this is a nature-based retreat, guests should expect local lake house critters like spiders, bees, and chipmunks. For safety and boat management, security cameras are located in the parking lot, beach, and pier areas; however, no cameras are inside the units or in private outdoor yard spaces.
