On the second level, the sleeping arrangements continue with a bedroom featuring two twin beds and a toy box, and two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed. One of these upper rooms includes a loveseat, while another offers two reading chairs. A shared bathroom with dual vanities serves the twin and one queen room, while the fourth bedroom enjoys its own private full bath. Both queen rooms on this level provide access to an upstairs deck.

Beneath the house, guests will find a storage room stocked with bikes, sand toys, and tennis rackets. The outdoor space is designed for entertainment, featuring a gas grill, an amazing outdoor shower, and a shaded sandy area with hooks for a hammock.
