The home is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (max adult occupancy of 4, with up to 2 children). Inside, the 700sq ft cottage is equipped with central air, heating, and ceiling fans to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable regardless of the season.

Step outside to experience the best of lake living. The property boasts a walk-out lakeview front wood deck and a spacious backyard designed for peace and quiet. You can fish for bass, catfish, bluegill, and perch right from the private pier, or take to the water using the two provided kayaks. For ultimate relaxation, unwind in the 3-4 person hot tub located on the back deck under a gazebo. Please note that the hot tub may be subject to closures during January and February if freezing air temperatures or icing occur.

• House Rules: Pets are not allowed. Garbage day is Wednesday; guests staying Tuesday nights are asked to move cans to the end of the road.
• Security: The home features a Smart Dead Bolt lock and door camera for guest safety.
