This property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a sleeping configuration designed for flexibility. The layout includes four physical beds across the bedrooms: two rooms each featuring a queen bed, one spacious room with a queen bed and sitting area, and a fourth bedroom equipped with two queen beds and a SmartTV. For additional guests, the living room provides a queen sofa bed. The bathrooms are well-appointed, including one with a dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

The interior is designed for easy living, starting with a living room featuring a large SmartTV. The adjacent dining area boasts a beautiful handmade farm table and a fully-equipped kitchen with all essential items. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer. Step outside to discover a large fenced backyard complete with a deck, patio furniture, and a grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Located in Dauphin Acres just outside of Midtown and across from Denton Park, the home is conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd. You are only minutes away from local restaurants and groceries, and less than five miles from the heart of downtown Mobile. While Uber and Lyft are available, driving is encouraged to explore the area.

Practical information for your stay:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via digital keypad
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 21 years old (signed rental agreement required)
• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all yard waste must be cleaned up.
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping (including marijuana) inside or around the home ($500 fee for violations). No parties or events without prior approval. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please bag all trash and use provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.

Additional Note: A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Due to mature trees on the neighboring property, guests are encouraged to use extra care outdoors during windy or severe weather.
