Designed for group comfort, this spacious 1,600 sq ft home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and three queen beds, all outfitted with luxury mattresses and linens to ensure a restful stay. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for personalized entertainment.

The interior boasts hardwood flooring throughout and a combined kitchen and living area. The living space is highlighted by vaulted ceilings and a grand rock fireplace with gas logs, complemented by a large smart TV and ample seating with a sectional and full couch. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and a gas stove, featuring a bar area that seats six along with extra table seating.

Outdoor living is a primary feature of the property. Guests can enjoy two large decks with wrap-around seating, a screened-in porch with two ceiling fans, and a covered bottom patio with a picnic area. For cozy evenings, a large fire pit with six Adirondack chairs is available, with firewood provided. Water enthusiasts will appreciate the two-tier dock featuring a gangway to a floating boat slip and a dedicated sunbathing area, with brush fish attractors placed along the shoreline.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Blue Heron Bay is minutes away from Cypress Springs Resort Marina, which offers boat and jet ski rentals and a wonderful restaurant. Paris Landing State Park is just 10 minutes away, providing access to an 18-hole golf course, a beach area, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Kentucky Lake is also a short boat ride away, offering excellent swimming, boating, and fishing.

Practical details include check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM. Entry is provided via an electronic lock with a custom code. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Guests are asked to remove all trash by placing it in the outdoor bins. Additionally, booking requires authorization for third-party identity and criminal database verification.
