• Access: Stairs are required to access the home; as of Feb 2026, the downstairs room is no longer accessible
• Additional Fees: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee, and damage waiver (optional travel insurance available)
• Notes: All linens are provided; a mid-clean charge applies to 30-day rentals; Saturday-to-Saturday reservations are preferred during peak summer season
